Practical support.
From sourcing to settlement.
A coordinated service shaped around the buyer, the available credits and the agreed transaction structure.
Carbon credit sourcing
We discuss the buyer’s requirements and coordinate access to potential credits. Enquiries may reference projects such as KenGen and the Lake Turkana Wind Project, subject to confirmation of the particular credits and their availability.
Start with a clear brief
- Required credit type and preferred vintage
- Indicative purchase volume and timeframe
- Intended use and eligibility requirements
- Registry account and transfer preferences
Documentation & commercial coordination
Documentation support
Coordinate the NDA, term sheet or offer, ERPA, project registration and verification information, invoice and payment instructions relevant to the proposed purchase.
Transaction structuring
Discuss spot purchases, structured payments or instalments, subject to agreement. Commissions may be included as a margin or documented separately for the transaction.
Project information & transfer planning
Review the supporting evidence
The credit type, vintage, regulatory status, registry information and seller’s authority should be established before proceeding. Any wider impact or SDG statements should be supported by evidence specific to the project.
Coordinate delivery
Where agreed and permitted, credits are transferred electronically through the relevant registry to the buyer’s designated account. The registry, account requirements, timing and any restrictions must be confirmed in advance.
