The buyer guide

A structured path to purchase.

Know what happens next, what to review and which documents support each stage.

From initial enquiry to agreed delivery.

Share your requirements

Provide your target volume, preferred credit type, timing and intended use. This creates the starting point for reviewing suitable opportunities.

Establish confidentiality

An NDA may be used before commercially sensitive information and detailed project documents are shared.

Review the offer and evidence

Review the term sheet or offer alongside the relevant project registration and verification information. Confirm availability, ownership or selling authority, credit status and intended-use eligibility.

Agree the purchase structure

Set out the price, volume, payment schedule, responsibilities and transfer conditions in the applicable ERPA or other agreed purchase documentation. Record any commission arrangements.

Confirm payment instructions

Check the agreed payees and bank details against the signed transaction documents. Payments to the original project owners are described in the supplied process as bank transfers; the full settlement structure is agreed case by case.

Coordinate the registry transfer

Confirm the buyer’s designated registry account and the agreed delivery route. Transfer timing and completion evidence should follow the signed agreement.
